AusPost removes priority letters service

The Federal Government announced yesterday they will temporarily adjust Australia Post’s Performance Standards to reflect the operating constraints and limitations that have resulted from COVID-19. International Postal Disruptions

Due to global COVID-19 related disruptions in the logistics industry our international postal carrier has temporarily suspended delivery to 80+ destinations. To view the entire list of effected countries please log into the Bing Customer Portal and proceed to the Verify Address page, this will be updated as destinations open and close.

Any letters that are submitted to a suspended destination will be rejected at lodgement and will be reported back in the return mail report. When the situation changes we will keep you updated.
